People / Referee List

The People tab will show you a list of your referees. Your referees will also be able to see this list, but they will only see contact information of other referees who allow their contact information to be visible.

As a referee, you have access to the list of referees for your site. By default, all referee contact information cannot be seen by other referees unless the referee allows it to be seen.

The People tab shows very limited information, click the referee's name to view more detail. The detail that will be shown includes:

Info

Basic demographic information (name/address/phone/email addresses)

Games

This shows the assigned games for the referee

Availability

This shows a referee's availability calendar

Ability

This shows a referee's abilities (the age groups and positions they can work)

Conflicts

This is where you can set team, person or league conflicts

Confirmations

This shows the referee's accept/decline history

Messages

This is a list of messages sent to the referee. This will include direct messages and system notifications

A person can have one of three statuses:

Unconfirmed

User credentials have not been sent.

Pending

User credentials have been sent, but the referee has not logged in yet.

Confirmed

Referee has logged in.

Only confirmed referees will receive system messages.
