Managing Multiple Accounts

If you are a referee for more than one organization that uses, you will have a separate login and password for each organization.


To make this a little easier to manage, you can link your accounts together. Linked accounts will automatically:

  • share availability between accounts, and
  • share free/busy information between accounts

You will need the login and password for both accounts. If you don't have this, use our password reset page to reset the password.

  • Click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen
  • Click the Link an Account link, located below your personal information..
  • Click the Link an Account link.
  • Enter the login and password for the account you want to link.
  • Click Link Account.

Once two accounts have been linked together, you can switch between accounts:

Click the (switch) link, located at the top of the screen.


Click the Switch button, next to the other account's name.
