The Fine Print:
- 10% discount for purchasing a full year of service.
- Purchase in blocks of 10 referees, minimum purchase of 60 referees.
- If you need to change to a plan with more referees, just pay the pro-rated amount for the rest of your existing term.
- You can change to a plan with less referees at the end of your term.
- 45 day guarantee -- If you are not absolutely satisfied after 45 days, we will refund the entire amount that you paid for our service.
- If you only assign for one season of the year, you don't need to purchase a full year of service. At the end of your six month term, we will retain your data for an additional six months at no additional cost.
- Only active referees count against your total. "Observers" (coaches, athletic directors, etc) or inactive referees do not count against your total.
- Our Venue Directory is free to use, with or without a paid subscription.
Do I need a credit card to register?
No. We offer a free 14 day trial, which won't require a credit card to get you started. You will need a credit card to continue using your site after the 14 day trial has concluded.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes! If you are not completely satisfied within 45 days of becoming a paying customer, we will give you your money back.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you want to pre-pay for your service, you can do so by check or credit card. All paid plans require a credit card.
What kind of commitment am I making?
You can sign up for a 14 day free trial; once you decide to use our service, you would pay for your block of referees for a six month period. If you don't like what we have to offer, you can cancel with no obligation after 45 days. We offer a full year contract at a 10% discount, but we don't believe that you should be locked into a year-long contract if you don't want to.
